Street Lighting - Mexico
Commissioned by the US business, Princeton Development Corporation, to provide carbon trading advice for a proposed Mexico Street Lighting Carbon Project.
Mata de Sesimbra - Eco Resort - Portugal
Provision of sustainability services, focusing on residential organic wastes recycling and the production of heat and power, fertiliser and compost to the client (Greenwood Eco Resorts) for this “One Planet Living” Eco Resort.
Farnborough Airport - UK
Provision of Environmental due diligence for the Farnborough Airport PFI project.
Telstra - Queensland
Provision of energy efficiency services – review of all Telstra sites in Queensland with immediate and forward maintenance actions for energy efficiency.
Snapfresh Food Factory - Queensland
Carried several site investigations and conducted numerous interviews with key site staff to develop detailed room data sheets for the facility.
Tyco Metal Foundry - Queensland
Carried out Water Efficiency Management Plans (WEMP) for this steel foundry client.
Qantas Catering
Independent Reviewer and Advisor to Qantas responsible for the production of the construction and technical systems tender documentation, evaluation of tenders, and technical review of all construction documentation and response to technical queries form the contractors.
Melbourne Fire Brigade - Integrated Design Brief - Victoria
Together with an architect, was commissioned to write an integrated brief for the whole project team including all engineering and architectural disciplines for all future new fire station construction projects.

MFB Fire Stations - Victoria
Carried out level 2 energy audits for 6 Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB) fire stations and produced an energy benchmark report for future new station projects.
Telstra - National - Australia
Commissioned to develop a data centre energy efficiency KPI’s for a business offering energy management services to Telstra.
European Wind Turbines - Europe
Commissioned by the US business, Princeton Development Corporation, to provide advice for an EU Carbon Wind Project funding application.
Tip Top Bakeries - Queensland
Carried out Water Efficiency Management Plans (WEMP) for the Queensland sites of Tip Top bakeries.

Commissioned to undertake a ‘Sustainability Gap Analysis’ (Due Diligence) for the Gold Coast Rapid Transit project (Light Rail).

Alice Springs Solar Cities Application - Alice Springs - Australia
Commissioned to prepare the application and technical analysis required for the Alice Springs Solar Cities application – which was successful and led to significant roll out of solar energy systems in Alice Springs.
Sydney Water - NSW - Australia
Commissioned to develop a Water Use Planning Tool for Sydney Water, to be used as part of the Development Application process for site developments.
Gold Coast Desal Pant - Queensland - Australia
Commissioned to produce the Ecological Sustainable Development Concept Report for the proposed Desalination plant.
RAF Wattisham - UK
Commissioned to produce site wide organic waste recycling and energy recovery plan for this air force base – solution included shelter belt tree coppicing and all on site generated organic waste processing.
Olympic Dam - South Australia
Commissioned to produce the concept stage sustainability report for the technical maintenance and support infrastructure for this mine site, including a 200ML/day Water Desal Plant and a 700MW Power Station.
ESTA (Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority) - Victoria - Australia
Commissioned to provide sustainability and technical advice on secure power supplies and energy performance for a telecommunications/Call Centre Site.
Gold Coast Desal Pant - Queensland - Australia
Commissioned to be the Project Director for Ecological Sustainable Development services for project during design and construction phases of the project – delivering significant innovation and savings to the project.
Cornwall New Fire Stations - UK
Providing PPP Due Diligence providing due diligence on behalf of the bank financing a PPP for the new build and refurbishment of some fifteen Fire Stations, provided due diligence on all engineering services items and environmental sustainability related areas.
