Delivered a Value Management commission – recommending major thermal plant upgrades based upon balancing risks and benefits for several thermal plant configurations.
Diocese of Salford - Schools - UK
Carried out energy audits as a proof of concept and then prepared and delivered a comprehensive strategic proposal for the integrated energy and technical maintenance of over 160 primary and secondary schools.
Bordo Industrial Tools - Scoresby - Victoria - Australia
Provided ESD and Green Star professional and more importantly worked closely with the client to bring them along the road to sustainability. The project ended up with a certified 5 Stat Green Star rating.

Worked with the owners of this restaurant chain, Collins Food Group, to reduce water utility costs, and carried out and project managed the roll out of water audits at all their facilities in South East Queensland.

Provided to Abbey National’s (a former FTSE 100 UK Bank with over 800 retail branches) a National Refrigeration/Cooling Risk/Opportunity discussion paper.
Cadbury - UK Head Office - Berkeley Square, London - UK
Commissioned to carry out forensic investigation into a long term air-conditioning problem effecting the entire building and that several contractors had failed to resolve. Successfully solved the issue.
Young Care - South East Queensland - Australia
Worked on a Pro-Bono basis with the Young Care on a project to reduce their electrical expenditure – conducted efficiency audits at several sites.
Arup - Brisbane - Australia
Provided an Ecological Sustainable Development leadership role, building a team of 7 from scratch in the years immediately after the GFC, securing equal amounts of work for other Arup teams, and securing multi award winning iconic projects for the business.
